A. No. We offer free shipping on orders over $20. All orders under this will attract our standard delivery fee of $5.50. There are also size and weight restrictions that apply.
A. Orders will generally ship within 2-3 days. If your order will take longer than that to ship, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time.
A. We offer a hassle free return policy. Simply contact us and we will arrange to have the parcel returned to us at no cost to you.
A. No. We keep the majority of fast moving items in stock, all other items will have to come from our warehouse first prior to shipping. If there is any problem with supply of your order, one of our team will contact you to talk about it.
A. We offer: Paypal, Credit Card, Bank transfer. Please note: your order will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
A. Yes, in some instances, freight will have to be calculated. We will contact you regarding this.
A. Yes. It is an option on our web page. Please note, heavy and bulky items can not be express posted. If your item is too big or heavy to be express posted, we will contact you to discuss this.
A. If you click on the item picture, it will bring up any particulars on the item. Eg. Two fan belts are listed, click on option 1 it will say "With AC", option 2 will so "Without AC"
A. Whilst we try to ensure our listings are as accurate as possible, sometimes there are problems. If your part turns out to be wrong, simply contact our office, return the part and we will give you a full refund* (Subject to Terms and Conditions).
